This initiative was born in 2006, when Mr. Alberto Srur and Mrs. Aida Srur created the São Joaquim Foundation to assist the Elderly in the twilight of their lives with dignity, health, education and social activities.

Today, the Foundation provides a daily conviviality center for 350 elderly people in Carapicuíba – São Paulo.
